These days some diseases are spreading very quickly in the whole world. For example, Cancer, Sugar, Arthritis, Heart problems, Hypertension, Kidney failure, Stone formation, Anemia, Respiratory disorders, Nervous disorders, Skin problems, lack of concentration, loss of memory, loss of cartilage in joints etc. These diseases are known as Lifestyle Disease because these diseases originate from our faulty living habits. In a world where convenience and technology rule, our health is at stake. We do not walk much. We do not do exercise. We do not eat good nutritious food. We do not take proper rest. We do not think positively. According to WHO report, poor diets and lack of exercise are the leading causes of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and certain cancers, which accounts for nearly 56.5 million deaths a year.
Other factors which are responsible primarily for these health hazards are;
1. Pollution
2. Alcohol
3. Smoking
4. High level of toxins (insecticides) in foods
5. Consumption of fast and processed food
